Controlled Substances are not prescribed for patients seen via telepsychiatry.
We take some insurances and work with your out-of-network insurance by submitting claims on your behalf. Contact your insurance and find out your out of network benefits, including address to sent mental health claims and if prior authorization is necessary prior to visit. Some insurances may refuse to pay a claim if this is not done properly. Verify that telepsychiatry services are covered. Most insurances cover telepsychiatry. You can also use your healthcare flexible spending account.
Psychiatry On Video, LLC practice provides non emergent services. The office is not open or available on a 7 day/24 hour basis. In the event of an emergency, call 911, your local police or go to the nearest hospital. In Bergen County you can dial 262-HELP.
